Ordea privacy policy

Your plans and preferences

Ordea stores events, tasks, routines, templates, notes, family labels and preferences locally on your device. The app does not automatically send these details to Prolert and has no developer backend or cloud-sync service.

Optional voice input

With your permission, Ordea uses your microphone and Apple’s Speech framework to transcribe your words on your device. It requires on-device recognition and does not enable server-based speech recognition.

Current voice input processes audio buffers during dictation rather than saving a recording file. Transcribed text may become part of a plan you save. You can type without granting microphone or speech-recognition access.

Optional Apple Intelligence

When available on a compatible device, Apple’s on-device Foundation Models can help interpret your input. Ordea does not send that input to an external AI service. Basic entry remains available when the model is unavailable.

Reminders and permissions

Reminders use local iOS notifications. Microphone, speech-recognition and notification permissions are optional and can be changed in iPhone Settings. Ordea does not request access to your contacts, photos, location or Apple Calendar.

Backups and external apps

You choose whether to export a backup and where to save it through Files. Backups contain your saved plans and checklists. If you use a cloud file provider or device backups, that provider’s practices and your backup settings apply.

If you choose to open an address in Apple Maps, the selected address is passed to Maps. Apple’s privacy practices apply to that service.

Retention and deletion

Saved information remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. You can remove individual items in Ordea. Deleting the app removes its local app data.

Previously exported backups and device backups may remain until you remove them separately. Local recovery snapshots can retain earlier copies of your data inside the app’s storage; deleting an item from the current app does not necessarily remove it from an earlier snapshot or exported backup.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use these to answer your enquiry and investigate the issue. The email providers involved process the correspondence. Ordea does not automatically send support messages or your plans.

This website

This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, contact forms or non-essential cookies added by Prolert. Our hosting provider may process technical details such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
