Help with your calendar, tasks and routines.

Need a hand?

Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, Ordea version and a short description of the issue. Include your app language if the issue involves typing or dictation.

Remove private details from screenshots or example plans before sending them.

Add an appointment

Open Add, type something specific, such as “Soccer on Tuesday at 6pm,” then tap Add. Check the date and time. If Ordea shows a preview, review and edit the details before saving.

Find saved appointments in Today or Calendar. If a request is unclear, add the missing date, time or other details.

Tasks and routines

Keep things to do as tasks, including tasks without a date. Use saved templates and routines to reuse a checklist. Optional family labels and notes help keep the details together.

Voice input

Tap the microphone in Add and allow microphone and speech-recognition access. Speak your plan, stop dictation, and check the resulting text and details.

Dictation needs a compatible on-device Apple speech recognizer for your selected language. If it is unavailable, type instead. If you denied access, check Ordea’s permissions in iPhone Settings.

Reminders

Allow notifications and add a reminder to an appointment. If a reminder does not appear, check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ordea, plus your Focus settings.

Open Ordea periodically to refresh upcoming reminders. Delivery depends on iOS settings and system limits.

Backups and restore

Open Ordea settings to export or restore a backup through Files. A backup contains your saved plans and checklists. Keep it somewhere you can find again, and review the restore preview before continuing.

Language and device requirements

Choose English or French in Ordea settings. Ordea requires iOS 18 or later. Optional Apple Intelligence interpretation requires iOS 26 or later, a compatible device and an available on-device model. Basic typed entry remains available without it.

Apple Calendar and sharing

Ordea uses its own calendar. It does not sync with Apple Calendar or automatically share plans between devices. You can transfer an exported backup through Files.
